this sub is the bee's knees! tonight I mixed up my first couple of batches of juice that I'm stoked on. they're my 5th and 6th attempt at DIY juice and I think I'm onto the proper ratios now. I like max VG juices, so I've been mixing at pg/vg 15/85. I think I hit the sweet spot of flavoring at 15%.
tonight I mixed up a batch of peach tea that came out really good right after the mix. I might try a hot water bath and see what it does. I also mixed up some menthol American red tobacco, again good right after mixing.
I super pumped on this DIY juice now.
Keep at it bud. You will eventually get to the point where you can mix up juices at will and everything comes out decent if not great.
Ive made like 16 ten ml bottles so far and no real winners yet :'(
Only one im considering making 30ml of is this: 15% capella vanilla custard, 5% tfa vanilla bean ice cream, 1% tfa cotton candy (its just a 10% ethyl maltol solution), max vg of course. These 2 are alright: 12% strawberry ripe, 4% watermelon, 4% coconut extra. And 8% pear 8% honeydew 4% strawberry ripe, all tfa. I think they need 1% cotton candy and some sour though... For sure some sour or citric acid.
I really wish i could nail a great capellas cola, i can vape cola all day but it has this weird aftertaste at certain ratios.. Like dirt or mold kind of
Try this vanilla custard recipe instead. I found it to be closest if not better than vendor custards like gremlins, nicoticket etc.
15% Capella custard 8% Tfa sweet cream 2% em
I have tfa sweet cream but honestlyvit has a weird smell lol. Like a funk to it like funky cheese... i cant be smelling like funky cheese at work. Does that smell go away and can it be detected second hand in the air?
is cotton candy seriously just 10% ethyl maltol? I have both.
doesn't it blow your mind how you can make awesome juice for super cheap? If suddenly I was unable to DIY I think i'd be really pissed only being able to buy vendor juice.
