Try making a predilution—maybe cut it with plain base to basically make it a standalone juice, then use that, kind of how they sell rose absolute.

With very strong flavours it often helps to dilute them down so that you'll have 5-10% of the dilution in the final recipe.
It also often helps to steep them as a standalone juice before adding the other flavours. Pre-steeping all the standalone flavours before mixing them is a decent strategy but some won't really need it.

Let me guess, out is tasting like burnt coffee? I don't use a percentage of caramel cappuccino, just 3 drops per 10 ml. My recipe is:
6% bittersweet chocolate
3% hazelnut
5% bavarian cream
3% ethyl maltol
3 drops caramel cap/10ml
Sweet cream may work better, but I don't have any yet. Even with this recipe, out needs a few days cure time to mellow out the cappuccino flavor, even at that low of an addition.
Tfa's caramel capp is an extremely potent flavor, you have to drown out to make it work. My 4 ml vial is going to last me quite some time.
And gorramn swype, it always tries to put out when I mean it!!
I tried it 1 drop per 10mL of juice. Saw that recommendation all over the internet when I was looking for starting points. It wasn't too strong at 1% but I wouldn't go higher, but tasted weird to me with sweet cream. Made it again with a bit of extra caramel instead. Still no dice. My solution to this flavour was to extract my own coffee from beans and just add caramel. Still working on that one, but it tastes more like good coffee to me and less like the 16 hr old dregs from the bottom of a coffee pot.
1 drop per 10ml max unless you just like nasty juice. First time I made it at 20%. You can't imagine how bad it was.
Uhhhhh... That's like 3%flavor.... I'm not sure what you normally use but I can't imagine that it's that concentrated. Try upping your percentage to at least 5% of the cappuchino?
Never up this flavor to that percentage. It is wickedly strong. A 4ml vial was the only one I smelled when I got that order, and it was wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap all by itself.
I placed an order where the 10ml bottle of Caramel Cappuccino had broken, the smell was so overbearing that I don't see myself reordering that flavor for a long while.
