is amazing.
I've been playing around with custards recently and decided to pull out the little dram of toasted marshmallow I hadn't tried yet. Since I'm playing I usually start around 5%-8% of something I hadn't tried yet, and then add varying percentages of flavors I have tried to spice it up.
I just did toasted marshmallow as my base for a custard and now I can't bring myself to add anything to it. It's A LOT more custardy than marshmallowy and has a great creamy mouth feel. Give it a shot. I can't decide if I want to add other custardy stuff to it, or some vanilla, oooor maybe creme de menthe.
Glad to hear this. I was buying some regular marshmallow so I could make a recipe I found, and saw the toasted marshmallow. Added it to my cart in the hopes that it would be a good mixer for a sweet tobacco blend. Here's hoping I come up with the next great juice. ;)
I tried to do the same thing you're talking about (tobacco/marshmallow) with TFA tobacco and Lorann marshmallow - it did not turn out well. About yo try again soon with the TFA marshmallow, I'll try toasted too if that doesn't work.
What I'm trying to recreate is Camel Turkish Royals, when I was a smoker they were my favorite and I always thought they were marshmallowy.
