[MOD] Hey kids, I'm Inertiacreeping! Changes to DIY_eJuice

Hi all,

I'm Ic.

I'm an Aussie vaper currently at University majoring in the Geographic Sciences and also have been the newest member of the DIY_eJuice mod squad for about a month now.

You might have noticed a few small changes in the last couple of weeks-

Added relevant links to sidebar
Updated stylesheet CSS

It's a start... with more changes/additions to come, please please please feel free to message me directly with any suggestions of relevant materials you think might belong in the sidebar- this subreddit is only as good and helpful as it's users.

I look forward to being part of this sub growing^exploding with the rest of the vaping community!

Brilliant! I feel like this sub is underappreciated and underused. I got into DIY pretty quickly after I started vaping and was a little suprised at how little action the DIY subs here and elsewhere were getting. I like the new features. Would you consider implimenting flair? If you don't want to spend the time I could compile some sprites to use, I don't have anything specific in mind, but I think it could help draw in more users and encourage more participation.

I've been thinking about flair for a little while now, but it's gotta be tackled carefully. You don't want a shittone of flair clogging up this otherwise clean template... maybe if you submit a recipe you get a little beaker next your name?

Or maybe even the text flair can be a choice of your favourite flavour manufacturer?

I was thinking something along the lines of a ranking system. I'm not sure how mods choose to assign flair but I think something like a test-tube for a recipe submission, a beaker for x number of contributions or submission upvotes and an erlenmeyer flask for senior contributors, (whatever you think would warrant it.) I kind of like the idea of text flair too, could be manufacturers or just flavor type, like "Tobacconist," "Mentholatier," "Frugivore," (fruit flavors,) "Mixologist," or "Pâtissier," I think you're smellin what I'm sellin ;)

Ahhh, it's 4am here,I'm studying like a madman, and that brought a huge smile to my face :D (When I say studying, I mean I got paid tonight and I've got a cart full of TPA flavor concentrates ready to order)
