I've put together a spreadsheet of the various places to obtain flavorings. There are notes with coupon codes, as well as other info. I've also broken down prices, so you can see at a glance who carries what and for how much. Hope it's helpful to some! DIY Flavoring Sources

Very comprehensive. You could add mbv(mt baker) to the list. They sell FW for $2.99/15ml and Nic, vg/pg, and bottles.
