Also, some beginner DIY tips could always be handy ;D
WL threw some of that Root Beer in one of my orders once as a freebie, but, I never had it come out right. Although, I didn't spend a lot of time on it. Still have most the bottle left somewhere around here.
Best of luck to you. Best advice I can give is spend a few hours reading old posts both here and at other DIY forums. After that if you still have questions we're here.
shweet. yeah i dont know if i will ever get around to the root beer. my experience with premade root beer flavors have been less than desirable, it seems to be quite a difficult flavor to master. Chocolate too.
I just mixed together some grape, its not too bad but needs to steep. tastes more like grape cough syrup, but i never found that flavor to be awful personally.
Really, for my first mix, its not as hard as i really thought. i have been lurking this subreddit and ECF for the past couple hours though. i shall master this artform ;D
What do you call that long dropper thing? Ive been looking for one but cant figure out what the name is!
The problem with 5ml transfer pipettes is VG is too thick for them. I have some here but don't use them. Instead I use luer lock syringes (3ml mostly) with 14 or lower gauge blunt dispensing needles. If you are just mixing for yourself they are completely reusable by having a small tumbler of PGA there and just sucking in the PGA and squirting it out a couple of times between different liquids.
