Do you work with 0 nic juice till you get to a certain point?
How do you taste test during the process? Load up a batch? Drip?
Do you taste at each nicotine level?
Do you taste at multiple PG/VG levels?
Do you tweak batches on the fly or create new batches ( product revisions ) ?
How long do you steep?
For vendors why not put steep guidelines on your sold juice?
Glass or plastic?
Vendors what type of liquid dispensers do you use for accurate nicotine base.
Thank you in advance.
I don't really work with 0 nic myself. I mix up 6mg juice in 10mL bottles and test them out for a while. If the juice sucks, I let it steep for a few days before testing again. I try to make it a rule that I don't sell any juice that isn't good to go out of the box. I usually mix up and taste at max VG and 50/50 because those are the two primary ratios I sell. There are some juices that are definitely revised - I have some flavors that can go from terrible to awesome just by changing 1% of one flavoring. I'm considering a steeping guideline on my website because some people do prefer to steep a few of my juices. I use plastic because it's just easier to work with - going to be doing a full advertising launch hopefully next week with 15s, 30s, and 60s all plastic. As far as liquid dispensers I'm looking into getting an electronic pump accurate down to the .1mL, but for now I use syringes and triple check the measurement (and minimizing the amount of air bubbles in the syringe) before adding the nic.

Yes.

As long as your working with 0 nic you can keep tweaking an existing batch easily. However, you need to take careful notes of how much you draw out to test and how much you add. Otherwise you may have difficulty recreating the final result.
> How do you taste test during the process? Load up a batch? Drip?
I used to drip and that is the recommended method. I would probably recommend it still for beginners as it really gives you a sense of how things change. However, these days I just partially load my clearo. Mostly because I got tired of replacing expensive atomizers manufactured with no quality control.
> How long do you steep?
Personally I use hot-water bathing. Takes about 15-20 minutes each bath. Twice is the most I've ever had to bath a liquid.
> Glass or plastic?
Both. Anything I intend to store for more than a day or two I put in glass. Plastic is easier to load from though.
